Core Development Responsibilities* Design Tool Integration: Build sophisticated Figma plugins and web-based tools that streamline design workflows
* AI-Powered Automation: Create intelligent tools and scripts for generating asset variations (localization, sizing, campaign materials)
* Dynamic Template Systems: Develop templates that automatically adapt based on input parameters
* Quality Assurance: Implement automated systems ensuring consistent asset quality and brand compliance
* Workflow Optimization: Build rule-based systems for asset request intake and intelligent prioritizationData & Analytics* Create comprehensive dashboards for production tracking and resource planning
* Develop data-driven insights to optimize team performance and resource allocation* Partner with design and engineering teams to integrate tools with Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects
* Support operational excellence through proactive monitoring and maintenance of existing systems

- 4+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
- Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
