Qualification

· Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Labour laws

Labour law specialist with the below requirements:

Client management: Exceptional ability in managing both external & internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs & ensuring their satisfaction with our services
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding & hands on experience with labour law regulations, both advisory and compliances under Indian Central & state laws
Industry connects: In-depth understanding of local market, industry connects and lead the market strategy regarding Labour law advisory and compliances
Quality assurance: Maintain highest standards of quality, conducting regular reviews & implementing improvements to our processes
Risk management – identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all the labour laws and regulations
Expertise & Experience – A minimum of 10 years of experience in Labour law field
