Roles and Responsibilities
Provide wing to wing support for the creation, development and commercial activation of customer facing growth targets and corresponding offerings related to Service contract management, Win-backs, Upgrades to increase GE HealthCare service contract capture rate / market share, and enable accelerated growth in targeted region, customer segment or commercial channel.
KOL management and creation for Service Sales
Co-create, in partnership with BMs, multi-year customized roadmaps of solutions for customers, irrespective of modality, that meet their needs & outcome expectation by integrating GE HealthCare Service Sales, product & innovations.
Work with Business Managers to build loyalty programs for customer retention
Channel partner business: Drive business analytics, growth opportunity emerging from Channel partner territories via Warranty conversions, On time renewals, ODS . Must also work with regional team to improve on Channel SSA’s competency
Support new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, commercial teams based on customer value, industry trend, competitive landscape, growth dynamics, speed to market, technical roadmap and return of investment.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has ability to propose different solutions outside of set routine to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Deliver clear, insightful and influential executive level presentations that introduce GE HealthCare integrated solution offerings and their value proposition to variety of customer stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in medical services marketing / service sales or a relevant field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the India & South Asia healthcare market is a plus.
Channel partner management would be an added advantage
Knowledge of medical modalities (CT, IGT, MI, MR, ULS , Critical care ) and their applications. Service Sales experience would be added advantage
Strong understanding of marketing best practices and digital marketing channels.
Experience with marketing automation tools and data visualization techniques.
