Your role and responsibilities
Ais responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of SAPand
SAP FICO Implementation & Support:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP FICO modules.
- Ensure seamless integration of FI-CO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.).
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP FICO processes.
- Configure and manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting (BA) .
- Support financial closing activities , including automatic payment programs, tax settings, and bank interfaces .
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations .
- Configure Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) .
- Define and optimize cost allocation, variance analysis, and budget control .
- Work on profitability reporting, cost-based analysis, and management reporting .
- Work closely with finance, controlling, and IT teams to improve business processes.
- Integrate SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA , cloud solutions, and analytics tools.
- Automate processes through workflow configurations, BAPI, and Fiori apps .
- Gather and document business requirements from finance and controlling teams.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) .
- Manage SAP FICO projects, system upgrades, and global rollouts.

Required technical and professional expertise
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or IT .
- SAP FICO certification is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules : FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, CO-PA, PC, IO).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, New GL, and Central Finance .
- Knowledge of tax settings, bank integrations, and electronic payments .
- Understanding of ABAP debugging, SAP BW, Fiori, and SAC is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP FICO experience in implementation, support, or consulting.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP FICO project implementations .
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment .
