What you’ll do

• Contribute to and help drive projects from start to finish alongside a team of designers.
• Participate in every facet of the product development process: product ideation, usability research, rapid prototyping, visual design, as well as coding and content integration.
• Drive, plan and moderate UX activities based on Design Thinking and User Centred Design methodologies throughout the product life cycle; includes user research, user requirements analysis, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Contribute to the team with a strong fundamental design background that exhibits thought leadership in one or more design areas.
• Visualize strategic concepts to inspire change and innovation across multiple departments that enable you to communicate and pitch design decisions to all relevant stakeholders.

What you bring

• Experienced in user research methodologies including generative and evaluative methods and how to apply user research at different stages of the product development cycle.
• You have professional experience with a strong UX and interaction design background, as well as a track record of shipping high quality products.
• You have outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills that enable you to successfully drive projects and topics on a global scale.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields.
• Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations.
• You are a self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver on multiple projects at a time. Experience in using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
