Channel optimization
- Identify and build strong channels to grow HPM business
- Monitor and optimize channels, in line with company channel management principles
- Recruit anddevelopHPM business development team with med-techbackgrounds, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching andpeople development plan
- Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to bidding regulations, contract audits to mitigate legal, compliance and financial risks.
Drive business growth
- Work with sales team to partner with channels to drive sales performance in HPM business
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and clinical team to drive HPM business growth
