Asa Sr Test Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role inensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the execution oftest plans and procedures. You will work closely with the engineering team todefine test requirements and specifications, and you will be responsible forconducting tests, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement.Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining thehigh standards of our testing processes. You will report directly to our Test Manager and you'll work out of ourlocation in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua on a 100% on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of ourengineering teams by ensuring the quality and reliability of our productsthrough rigorous testing. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze testresults will help identify areas for improvement and drive continuousimprovement in our testing processes.
• Conduct tests according to definedtest plans and procedures
• Analyze test results and providerecommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the engineering teamto define test requirements and specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues during testing
• Maintain accurate documentation oftest procedures and results • Minimum of 5 years of experience in test technician role
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Associate's degree in Electronics or related field
• Experience in testing electronic components or systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
