What you'll be doing:

• We need candidate to be the mass production engineering focal point at the IC product engineering team.

• The manager will work closely with Nvidia Networking test and product engineering teams.

• The manager will collaborate with Nvidia Networking equipment and HW teams

• The manager will manage a team of test & product engineers located on site at assembly & test providers at the Far East.

• The role will include methodologies, manufacturing processes definition and implementation.

• We require applicants that understand silicon most advance technologies, that can incorporate various fields (silicon, package, wafer sort and final test, yield analysis) interact with multiple groups and different disciplines while assuring that mass production is running smoothly

What we need to see:

• BS or MS degree in EE/Physics/Material Eng. or equivalent experience

• 10+ years’ experience in relevant fields – mass production, wafer sort, final test, test program development and data processing & analysis. 5+ years of management experience.

• We are searching for someone with excellent knowledge and wide experience in mass production environment of wafer sort testing as well as packaged level final test. Deep understanding of ATE test program as well as product engineering data collection & analysis

• Good knowledge and experience with IC production flow, especially for test & product engineering know how.

• Experience with ATE, handlers, probers, probe cards, load boards is an advantage.

Ways to stand out in the crowd:

• Previous proved experience in silicon and hardware testing, high professionalism in IC mass production environment.

• Know how of IC process flow, wafer sort and probe card, ATE set-up, first pass yield, yield analysis and test time reduction

• Technical competence, and outstanding leadership skills.

• Ability to look at the details on one hand and to see the bigger picture on the other hand.
