As part of EY GDS Customer team, the opportunity is to lead & drive Marketing Transformation Consulting & Solutions for EY GDS clients, with exposure to the latest in Digital, Marketing Automation & Customer Experience and skills in growing a business. The Practice Lead/ Senior Manager in the team is a highly responsible role for a Leader with deep experience in business growth, business consulting, digital & customer experience who can drive Business Wins with Partners in regions, new consulting opportunities for GDS Customer and Marketing Transformations team growth across EY regions: North America, EMEIA & APAC.
Marketing Transformation Consulting
- Responsible for Marketing Transformation area growth: Carry the target and business numbers for demand & growth of Marketing Transformation business within EY GDS Customer team, including driving consulting utilization across Industry/ Sector lines for Marketing & Advertising consulting opportunities coveting multiple EY regions: North America, EMEIA & APAC by building relations and driving growth with region Partners, Accounts & Pipelines.
- Cover Marketing Transformation holistically and help build a Marketing COE covering:
- Marketing Strategy: Trends, New Areas, Processes, Customer Journeys, Demand, Brand, Content, Digital Marketing, Programmatic Strategy, Paid Media
- Marketing Effectiveness: RoI, ROAS for Campaigns, Digital Channels, Marketing & Paid Advertising Programs for both B2B & B2C
- Marketing Personalisation: Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy
- Marketing Automation & Technology: For Enterprises as a Strategy, Rationalisation & Roadmaps
- Marketing Operations: Across Digital Channels & Campaigns, Programmatic
- Responsible for Marketing Transformation Business Development Office: Proposals & RFPs in Marketing & Advertising and driving penetration within global EY accounts. Should have excellent skills in creating winning proposals / RFPs , leveraging or building solution SMRs within the Customer team Team and working with senior stakeholders in a Consulting ecosystem.
- Execute Strategic Marketing Consulting roles & Consult on key Accounts: Consult on B2B/ B2C Marketing transformation areas with key accounts and clients on strategic & lead roles.
- Responsible for building & driving Team Growth for Marketing Transformation.
- Build Marketing Solutions & Accelerators: lead building and refining Marketing Consulting & Solutions that can grow consulting adoptions & wins for EY aligned with the FoP (Fields of Play) aligned to buyer offices.
- Experiences & Skills Required:
- Hands on Experience in Marketing business consulting areas and/or driving Marketing programs, Martech and/or holding a senior responsibility in Marketing office/ head of Marketing at an enterprise level in B2B or B2C business
- Experience in Pre-Sales & Consulting Business Development
- Vertical & Industry Experience in Telecom, Media, Technology, Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Financial Services or Product organisations will be a plus.
