Your Role
We are seeking multiple creative and passionate Senior UX Design Consultants. Your focus will be either:

• Product Family Level: Ensure UX consistency within the product family and across user journeys, create transparency on the state of UX, and plan and execute UX activities within the group.
• Product Group Level: Ensure UX consistency across products and user journeys in the group, and plan and execute UX activities with an Agile Release Train.

In both roles, you will shape the user experience in a B2B environment, ensuring seamless user journeys and highly functional, intuitive products.

Key Responsibilities

• Align with product managers, business stakeholders, and process experts on UX activities.
• Plan, execute, and present research activities.
• Translate user research insights into design concepts and prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on findings.
• Oversee product interdependencies and ensure alignment.
• Advocate for human-centered design practices and usability.

Qualifications
Required:

• Passion for human-centered design and iterative, collaborative processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools, preferably Figma.
• Experience with Design Systems and visual design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player with a supportive, open-minded attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Preferred:

• Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Guidelines & UI5.
• Understanding of User Journey Mapping and/or Design Thinking.
• Basic knowledge of agile development.

Experience

• 3+ years in UX Design and Human-Centered Design methods.
• Experience with Design Guidelines.
• Beneficial: Experience with (SAP) B2B solutions and international cross-functional teams.
• Valuable: Experience in a hybrid-remote work setting.
