This group of exceptionally talented and dedicated individuals supports ad-hoc executive projects, board sponsored/requested initiatives, and cross-GCID alignment on technical initiatives (i.e. taskforces) as well as ongoing responsibilities, including the shaping and adhering to a GCID strategy across all relevant governance and decision-making bodies. What you´ll do
We are looking for a motivated individual with an open mind set to become a key member of our team working on various cloud infrastructure governance topics.
- Strategic project management, defining and managing scope, timelines, measurable KPIs, risks and stakeholders based on strategic direction.
- Prepare and provide clear and concise steering and decision-making recommendations to top level management and SAP executives.
- Perform customer and industry research to identify key stakeholder needs & expectations and business opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across units and manage stakeholder relationship within business, IT and process stakeholders on a regular basis
- Conduct assessments and facilitate workshops to gain alignment with key stakeholders on must-have requirements and target states

Skills & qualifications:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a degree in a technology field, or equivalent proven knowledge and proficiency is required.
- Languages: Business-level English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, German language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP) as well as traditional private hosting. Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
- Understanding of DevOps methodologies and discipline.
- PMI, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, and communication skills.
Work experience:
- 5+ years of project or program management background in various contexts, such as software or product development, solution implementation, infrastructure programs, or business case design and analysis.
- Strong track record of delivering results in complex stakeholder environments and driving decisions to execution.
- Experience on process management, management consulting or related areas
- Very good communication skills at senior executive / C-Suite level to secure buy-in via active involvement & objective decision making
