In this role, you will support our Global Customer Success Partners (CSPs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on various support areas. Specific areas of focus may include (but are not limited to):
- Program management: collaborate internally with key stakeholders, support programs coordination, and process optimization
- Business Insights and Analytics: support development, measurement, and tracking of business insights used in customer adoption. Drive customer feedback channels to identify improvements in the product and customer success processes.
- Content Strategy & Management: supporting and maintaining community sites, web properties, customer communication assets
- Solution Adoption Execution: support the development of assets and playbooks to help CSPs drive solution adoption within their customer base, including customer facing and internal resources
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize strong analytical skills to process and interpret data, translating findings into actionable plans
- Time Management: Effectively manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines
- Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for sales and technology.
- Team Player: Team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate effectively towards mutual goals and interest
