Director, Digital Supply Chain, Forecasting & Analytics
Your role:
- Leading the effort in the development of critical forecasting and planning tools, and collaborating with technology teams to create and implement flexible data architecture that supports world-class supply chain analytics and supply chain design, among other aspects of the ISC digital transformation.
- Developing the technology strategy for ISC Planning and Analytics and implementing enterprise software platforms.
- Developing a technical roadmap, fostering scalability of planning and analytics platforms across Sleep & Respiratory Care's ISC function, and instilling world-class planning knowledge and practices in the forecasting and analytics team.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in leading supply chain teams (including direct or indirect managerial responsibility) and complex cross-functional programs/projects, as well as leading a global team across multiple time zones.
- Your skills include knowledge and experience with supply chain analytics, Sales &Operations Planning, revenue planning, ERP systems (SAP preferred), planning systems (JDA preferred) and demand and supply planning.
- You have a bachelors (masters degree – preferred), or equivalent experience in supply chain and/or operations management.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re a strong verbal and written communicator, have strong business acumen and partnering capability, and you able to effectively manage senior stakeholders and relationships.
