Your key responsibilities

In this high-visibility role as a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead and collaborate on global, regional, and local projects that are as challenging as they are rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:

• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects under tight deadlines

• Strong analytical / problem solving and attention to detail skills with a logical and methodical approach

To qualify for the role you must have

• Excellent academic background, including a Bachelor and Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other related field with strong quantitative focus
• From 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams and complex projects
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent, fostering professional growth within the team
• Strong drive to excel professionally

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience from working in a multinational environment or consulting firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: Transformation programs, customer experience, value proposition definition, product portfolio review, revenue improvement and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer and industry research
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Client facing experience from a professional services background
