The role is key to enabling the Contracts function to operate in a proactive manner, with particular focus on governance and controls. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.
What you’ll do
Management of centralised team mailbox and contracts pipeline
Coordination with stakeholders across various internal Citi businesses
Preparation of regular management reporting files
Oversight of monthly reconciliations process
Support contracts team subject matter experts on items pertaining to new and existing contracts
What we’ll need from you
Good stakeholder management skills
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Organisational skills
Ability to be proactive and use own initiative
Delegation experience desirable
Market Data experience Desirable
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree
Proven Experience in a related role
