Extensive experience in free-to-play gaming business performance, monetization and/ or product management, with in-depth understanding of key metrics used and how to optimise them.
Deep knowledge of in-game monetization mechanics and economy design for free-to-play games including innovation in the space, as well as in the games industry more broadly.
Extensive experience in conducting in-depth quantitative analysis, using tools such as Excel / Numbers and Tableau.
Proven ability to use data and insights to identify impactful actionable recommendations.
Demonstrable track record of preparing and delivering compelling presentations, including the ability to craft persuasive narratives supported by compelling data visualizations in Keynote / Powerpoint, with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage interdependencies and deliver against tight deadlines whilst supporting multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Demonstrable experience in driving one’s own projects forward in a proactive manner, demonstrating critical thinking abilities and skill at navigating roadblocks.
Prior experience in strategy or business operations, gained from either work experience in management consulting or from an in-house strategy / business operations team in corporate.
