As the Lead Product Manager on our Global Pay Later team, you will be responsible for executing product strategy and roadmap, so we can deliver on our 2026+ objectives. Specifically, we have bold aspirations to accelerate our Total Payment Volume (TPV) growth rate, and you will play a critical role defining and delivering features and capabilities that accelerate our growth rate. You will have the opportunity to work on releases that expand our geographic footprint, improve the consumer experience, enable direct to consumer (DTC) products and features, and/or enhance our merchant messaging capabilities. You will work closely with our design, engineering, program management, data, and legal teams, among other partner teams, to build innovative, world-class customer experiences that deepen engagement, drive growth, and strengthen our brand. You will be responsible for conducting customer research, analyzing competitors and data sets, setting goals for releases, prioritizing initiatives, creating product requirements, partnering with design and engineering to build products and features, designing experiments, analyzing results, and sharing impact summaries with leadership, among much more. Essential Responsibilities:
- Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.
- Implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.
- Controls for the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and as an input to decision making.
- Monitors metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.
- Manages one or more workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
- Participates in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
- Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Has hands-on experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance
Proven track record in multitasking and managing multiple releases concurrently

Preferred Requirements
Advanced or master’s degree
Prior experience at a FinTech or in the financial services space. We will also consider candidates with prior experience in credit, lending and adjacent domains.
Experience launching and operating financial products in global markets
Experience using AI to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of product delivery
