Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in program management.
1 year of experience managing network infrastructure capacity delivery projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with network planning and engineering, including long haul and metro networks, network availability and resiliency analysis.
Experience working in a network vendor or telecommunications carrier environment.
Experience in cloud networking, DWDM, fiber, interconnect, peering, IP network planning, or implementation role at an ISP, telecommunication operator, carrier, or CDN, encompassing technical, commercial, and legal areas of the above.
Knowledge of financial analysis, construction, project management, and carrier networking.
Familiarity with agreement structures for circuit types (IRU, PTP, etc.) from a finance and legal standpoint.
Excellent data-driven problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
