By joining the Technology Consulting team, you will be helping our clients solve a wide range of challenges - from the requirement to respond to the ever-changing demands of the market, to overseeing large and complex technical transformation projects/programmes that truly transform our clients ways of working, As part of this growing team, you will also get to help shape the innovative culture that makes EY such a great place to work.
Your key responsibilities
- Representing EY and specifically Automation & AI in the Irish market, and author thought leadership on the relevant topics.
- Converse with existing and new clients on how automation and AI solutions can be used to save money, generate money and limit risk.
- Help clients turning business problems and technology ideas into solution designs and tangible projects to be delivered.
- Deliver and manage several engagements with small, medium and large project teams.
- Lead and grow our consulting team, across the Island of Ireland through new technology-based offerings.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Minimum bachelors degree in technology and/or management.
- Minimum 8 years experience.
- Experience at manager level or above in consulting.
- Intelligent automation and artificial intelligence development and architecture skills.
- Project management skills, specifically on technology projects.
- Business development, stakeholder management and offerings design skills.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Ideally, masters degree in technology and/or management.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who has a proven technology record within automation and/or AI, but at the same time has proven business acumen.
