Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
- OR related field AND 2+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation
- OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,
- OR related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the networking Industry or large-scale data center network.
- 1+ years experience working with L2/L3 switching platforms, and knowledge of network protocols like BGP, ISIS, MPLS, OSPF, VRRP, LACP, Traffic Engineering and their use.
- Troubleshooting basic problems of BGP, ISIS , MPLS etc in large ISP/Carrier/Data Center network.
- Knowledge of Datacenter Design (Control plane & Data Plane) & Operations
- 1+ years experience working in large scale data center/cloud environment with an understanding of passive components (UTP Cabling, Optical cabling).
- 1+ years experience in one or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python, Perl.
- 1+ years xperience in understanding and authoring machine readable formats like XML, JSON.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in debugging and troubleshooting deep network issues and drafting root cause analysis reports.
- Excellent communication skills and team player with ability to build solid relationships at all levels, across teams, geographies, and business functions.
- Networking certification will be a plus.

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
