Your Role and Responsibilities- Establish the scope of deliveries in agreement with the realization coordinators, the product owners (PO) and the testing team
- Plan the various application and technology deliveries with stakeholders, and anticipate the follow-up measures to be put in place
- Coordinate, direct and monitor the activities of all parties involved throughout the delivery process
- Define the transition plan strategy and coordinate data loading, delivery and solution deployment activities, including for projects
- Transition deliveries to operating mode with support teams
- Import application changes into pre-production and production environments and follow them up in lower environments
- Ensure the Company’s operational efficiency by analyzing, designing and developing environments and their architecture, while taking customer needs into account
- Ensure the availability, performance, stability and sustainability of the various environments
- Take charge of solving complex problems, requiring analysis and a global, in-depth understanding of all the components of digital and technological solutions
- Coordinate environmental refreshment activities
- Ensure the stability of the production solution through the application of quality mechanisms with regard to integration, evolution and application concerns according to the Company’s standards
- Advise team members, guiding them towards innovative solutions to complex problems
- Act as an advisor to the team leader and department manager, raising issues and pointing out problems
- Advise team leaders and department heads on how to improve work organization
- Take charge of ad hoc files in the sector
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4 years IT experience
- A minimum of four years’ experience in various areas of the SAP world
- Over the past two years, a minimum of 200 person-days as a Solution Manager (SOLMAN) delivery coordinator, carrying out the activities and deliverables listed above for this profile
