We create and scale insights that help all advertisers, from the largest to smallest, understand their audience and optimize their marketing spend. These insights help advertisers drive awareness, consideration, and purchase of their products by hundreds of millions of shoppers and audiences (e.g., Prime Video & Twitch) around the world.We are looking for highly motivated software development engineers to design, develop, and maintain systems that serve the needs of our large and growing advertiser base. As a member of this team, you will:
• Share in the ownership of the technical vision and strategy of our products.
• Be responsible for every aspect of the software development cycle, including designing software and system solutions, integration with both high and low-latency data stores, building data pipelines, microservices, and UI workflows, deploying software using CI/CD process, and monitoring KPIs to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Drive process improvements that scale the impact of your team.
• Collaborate with top-notch, multi-disciplinary technical professionals (e.g., Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers) to deliver on behalf of customers.
• Use introspection and feedback from teammates and peers to raise the bar for your team.
• Be an example of Amazon's leadership principles and work to grow peers within your group.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
