Leads, manages, and drives execution of key projects across multiple Securities Services Operations teams
Takes part in activities supporting feasibility assessment, solution design and governance/oversight of project delivery
Manages end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, partnering closely with teams across Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, Finance/Business Management, Controls, and other support functions. This will include project planning and analysis, resource management, driving or overseeing project execution, and reporting of status to senior management
Conducts data collection, data analysis, and synthesis to develop recommendations for management or to inform management decisions
Leverages the latest digital tools and technologies (such as Alteryx, UiPath, Instabase, Tableau) to support development of scalable, leading-edge solutions
Provides reporting, analytical, communications and project support to senior Operations management
Designs and documents organizational and operational processes to support program execution
Partners within the business and senior-level stakeholders to achieve stated goals
Leads problem solving and data driven decision making inclusive of process design, re-engineering, and target state modeling
Actively participates in mentoring/coaching junior talent within the team and more broadly across the firm; add to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years’ experience in Financial Services, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics or related industry
Multiple years of end-to-end project management experience, including scoping, business case development, implementation, results measurement and change management
Strong understanding of Securities Services (Fund Services, Custody, Middle Office) business or other related financial services experience preferred
Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies (such as Alteryx, UiPath, Instabase) and other latest digital tools is a plus
Applicable knowledge of Project Management best practices - Industry Certifications (such as PMP, Agile, Scrum-Master, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) highly valued
Proven history delivering end-to-end large scale/global projects that involve a high level of complexity and provide significant business impacts
Strong written/verbal communication, presentations skills and interpersonal skills including ability to articulate technical and non-technical information
Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business problems
Strong data analysis skills, including analysis of operational, process, and financial data
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
