Following orientation and training, you will gain exposure to the senior professionals who will serve as your mentor throughout thOur goal is to ensure that every Analyst is placed in a position that best pairs their skillsets and personal interests with the firm's needs.

Your time here will look something like this.

You will be required to pass the appropriate licensing examinations including the Series 7, 63.Once these obligations are fulfilled, you will work on your assigned desk performing a variety of functions, adding more value as you develop.
