Responsibilities:

Speciality Product Spec. IV is responsible to support the activities and service delivery for Trade and Working Capital Operations in Manila through the following:

• Ensure high accuracy of processing of Billing Invoices, Payment Application, and Correspondent Bank Charge claims
• 100% completion of assigned tasks on a daily basis
• Allocation of tasks
• Daily investigation and escalation of any issues including follow up of outstanding receivables
• Queue management & email management
• Provide daily/weekly productivity report
• Assist in projects and become subject matter expert supporting training requirements

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant working knowledge on payments such as SWIFT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS and OFAC/Sanctions and understanding of different Message Types (MT400, MT412, MT499, MT740, MT742, MT 747, MT799, MT103, MT199, MT202, MT299)
• Experience in Billing and Reconciliation preferred
• With high attention to details
• Critical thinking & Problem solving skills
• Strong Risk Mindset & able to escalate issues to manager

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in business related course
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in International Trade Finance or SWIFT/FEDWIRE/CHIPS Payments background
• With Banking experience
• Flexibility to work on multiple shifts and during Philippine Holidays. This is a NIGHT shift role
• Good communication skills and confidence to communicate with regional leads and stakeholders
