You will be working with machine learning, Large Language Model (LLM) and other generative technologies. You will be working with our interdisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Software Engineers and Product Managers to design customer-facing solutions with Alexa. You will take a central role in defining our experimental roadmap, sourcing training data, authoring annotation criteria and building automated benchmarks to continue to make Alexa an expert in itself.Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist on this team, you will:
- Drive end-to-end machine learning projects that have a high degree of ambiguity, scale, complexity.
- Build machine learning models, perform proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize, and deploy your models into production; work closely with product managers and engineers to assist in productionizing your models.
- Run experiments, gather data, and perform statistical analysis.Hyderabad, TS, IND

- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
- 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 4+ years of data scientist experience
- Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression
- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc. experience
- Experience managing data pipelines
- Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
