Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand Market needs & trends related to the Network Security Industry to create compelling competitive promotions and lead generation initiatives
  • Guarantee the good execution and follow up of Outbound & Inbound Marketing Activities (Events, Tradeshows, Roadshows, Workshops, Email campaigns, Digital Marketing, Social Media, etc.)
  • Drive the Lead Generation Activities with the coordination and support of the Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Support Internal & Partner Enablement Activities
  • Develop Joint Lead Generation Activities with defined Go-to-partners
  • Management of Marketing Budget and creation of quarterly/yearly marketing plans
  • Permanent interaction with Sales, Channels & Engineering departments
  • Lead Public Relations & Thought Leadership Campaigns
  • Provide compelling business sales metrics (ROI, Leads Generated, Appointments, etc.)
  • Manage Lead Automation and CRM (SFDC, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.) platforms

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • More than 5 years of experience as Field Marketing Specialist/Manager in B2B and/or Product
  • Manager
  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish and English/Portuguese for Brasil)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Clear understanding of the IT Industry and Indirect Ecosystem Model (Vendor-Distributor-VAREnd User)
  • Proven experience of vendors and marketing agencies management
  • Proven experience executing outbound and inbound lead generation activities
  • Understanding of SFDC and Lead Automation Platforms
  • Understanding of Business Development and Inside Sales Initiatives
  • Ability to understand and influence internal cross functional teams (Sales, Channels & Engineering), channel partners and end users Public Relations Experience
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent proved experience
