Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience advising on commercial and regulatory matters and negotiating and drafting contracts
- JD or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Creative problem-solver with the business acumen to resolve complex issues in creative and efficient ways to deliver transactions
- Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, excellent time management and organizational skills, comfortable with healthy debate, and able to handle a variety of matters at once in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships and work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, other legal teams and business teams to build great customer-facing products and features
- Experience with international legal and regulatory compliance, insurance, consumer protection, consumer finance and AIML desirable
- Admission to at least one US state bar
