What You'll Do

You will create an environment of continuous learning and improvement and actively identify and resolve issues within the team. What You Bring

• University degree in business, engineering or science
• Working experience: 8+ years
• Strong competence in people management
• Strong counseling, problem solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with lean and agile concepts
