As a Security Staff Program Manager, you will:

• Manage multiple security projects, ensuring alignment with the overall security program and maturity goals.
• Track and report on the status of security programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project completion.
• Oversee internal and external project status communications, including conducting routine project meetings and creating status reports.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Maintain and groom project backlogs, and perform project planning, budgeting, and tracking.
• Interface with Architects, Engineers, and Senior Management to drive project success.
• Enhance the security program and team through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

You should apply if you have:

• 7+ years of experience in compliance and project management within the security domain.
• A process improvement mindset with familiarity in fundamental security concepts, including compliance, infrastructure, and application security.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team of security specialists and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• PMI Certifications, with Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications preferred.
• Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, tracking, and risk assessment.
