Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance operational processes across the CCO to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to provide insights into operational performance, customer trends, and metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support growth initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans that drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of tools and technologies that support business operations, ensuring they meet the needs of the CCO department.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational initiatives together with the Business Analytics teams.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in Business Operations / Revenue Operations/ Sales Operations/ Business Analyst or a related field in b2b SaaS—required!
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Excel).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
