Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+years experiencemanaging cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in e-commerce fraud space

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills with a results-driven attitude
  • Proven partner engagement and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify and explain complex ideas.
  • Experience with JavaScript, JSON concepts, and other web and database technology
  • Experience in payments and/or fraud space

  • Oversee and lead the management of major fraud and abuse programs (e.g., Azure fraud and abuse, M365, Partner Center, XBOX, etc.)
  • Develop a well-structured program with distinctsubworkstreams
  • and assignsubworkstreamleads (GCs) to ensure accountability.
  • Break down eachsubworkstreaminto projects with clear timelines and desired outcomes.
  • progressof eachsubworkstreamand track success metrics.
  • Define program OKRs and exit criteria.
  • monitorprogress and provide necessary support.
  • Represent the program in monthly business reviews with various organizational levels (SLT, cross-functional teams, etc.).
  • Share insights and lessons learned with the Cross Company Partnership team to enhance future program management.
