CNS - Risk - Risk Management :

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Technical Excellence

• Solid understanding of supply-to-pay (S2P) enablement processes to drive procurement efficiencies. Proficiency in global sourcing strategies to optimize supplier selection and negotiation outcomes. Experience in supplier management techniques to enhance supplier relationships and performance. Knowledge of contract management practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve consulting strategies within risk management frameworks.
