Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Highly analytical and proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and Power BI reporting tools.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator with compelling storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Experience presenting to leadership level and all audiences delivering messages with actionable clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback, and translate them into actionable outcomes.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider program.
  • Collaborator on complex multi-faceted issues across multiple groups, with awareness to establish relationships that result in the right outcomes for the business and our customers.
  • Ability to move others across organizational boundaries to a desired business outcome when there is no clear “ownership” of an issue.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Developing and executing CSP promo and offer strategy for targeted customer cohorts supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Dynamics 365.

· Managing customer targeting guidance, partner eligibility, onboarding, landing and performance tracking.

· Developing the ABS targeted offer partner enablement strategy

· Creating content for partner briefings and enablement events

· Serving as a liaison between field, partner marketing, and product team
