• Create strategic, creative and impactful communication plans and high-quality written content
• Function as a proficient content consultant with expertise in developing impactful communication strategies and high-quality collaterals
• Translate technology roadmap into human, “what’s in it for me” awareness and actionable steps
• Engage product managers for idea generation and emphasizing product features and benefits from the end-user perspective
• Edit content to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with EY’s purpose and editorial strategy
• Repurpose content to meet the needs of the readership
• Provide copywriting support for high-visibility EY programs and campaigns
• Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of the content
• Review work of other writers and editors, and provide objective unbiased feedback
• Liaise with stakeholders and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects
• Ensure the content is compliant with EY legal guidelines
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that content and design complement each other
• Establish and maintain active knowledge of broad and complex corporate technology estate
• Lead and manage multiple creative projects
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in American English
• Adept in creating engaging, inspiring and persuasive B2B content
• Ability to understand and articulate complex business and technology ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style
• Experience across communications, change and project management, and matrix team operations
• Ability to tell stories that inspire action
• Good understanding of content strategy principles and processes
• Deft in writing, editing and has a way with words
• Strategy development, including consultative questioning, critical thinking, analytics, and innovation
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in English literature or mass communication
• At least 8-9 years of related experience
• Creative agency, advertising or Big Four experience
• Aptitude and willingness to continually expand your core skillset
• Experience in developing communication plans for change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, OneDrive)
• Knowledge in Project Management tools and methods
• Love writing and have a way with words
• Are good at writing about topics EY writes about
• Are already aware of what EY is and what we do
• Can create content that aligns with an organization's purpose and editorial strategy
• Have created content for ads, brochures, magazines, flyers, websites, videos, blogs and social media
• Have written for people in different age groups and occupations and at different levels in the organizational hierarchy
• Have worked with global clients
• Are comfortable writing about complex business ideas and concepts
• Have written for C-suites and boards
• Understand complex business concepts with ease
• Are outstanding at grammar, usage and convention
