Key responsibilities:-Acquire and onboard large enterprise merchants-Develop and execute growth plans aligned with regional goals-Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders-Share merchant insights to inform product strategy-Communicate product updates and support integration-Drive engagement through sales execution and negotiation-Identify expansion opportunities within existing portfolios


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Pursue net new business through strategic prospecting and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders during the initial sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' challenges.
  • Analyze customer needs via discovery, articulate value, and develop strategies tailored to each organization, identifying potential products in collaboration with solutions architects.
  • Deliver customized presentations, written proposals, and provide subject-matter expertise to drive forward new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close complex customer contracts, determining project scope, timeline, pricing, and agreements, ensuring seamless contract execution and customer onboarding.

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 5 years’ experience in solution sales and business development at enterprise level, with a proventrack recordof success

  • Familiarity with the online payment industry and cross-border trade is a plus

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese

  • Independent, proactive, and resilient; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively across virtual teams

  • Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese, adaptable to diverse audiences

  • Willing and able to travel extensively to support business growth and regional engagement
