Description
ADDITIONALLY, YOU WILL:- Identify, analyze, prioritize, and refine requirements for the Engineering team.- Ensure timely delivery of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements, maintaining high standards of quality.- Coordinate UAT to ensure alignment with business requirements and deliverables.- Monitor the overall health of projects/products and drive timely resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a software product management or product owner role
- Proficiency in agile scrum methodology as a product owner, with the ability to write detailed requirements that align with business priorities.
- MBA or equivalent experience with relevant Computer Science background. Master’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in software product development lifecycle, creating short-term (quarterly) and long-term product roadmaps, and identifying new opportunities for content systems.
- Experience working with distributed business/leadership teams, ensuring alignment across various collaborators.
- Deep understanding of product design, system dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of on-time and quality delivery of software products.
- Partner with UX research, design, data science, engineering & other product teams to deeply understand user needs, and competitive landscape, and to scope, build & iterate products that delight and deliver value to customers.
- Familiarity with cross-customer deliverables across product lines and the ability to manage competing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Knowledge of AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLM) and AI-driven content generation systems is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
