Your key responsibilities
- Monitor operational measures (e.g. utilization, KPIs, Minimum commitment versus Actual hours transitioned).
- Develop strong relationship with onshore stakeholders (SAIL’s, off shoring partners & Area’s leadership) and manage their expectations on service delivery.
- Promote internal communication between teams and assist them in driving change and reinforcing quality through developing & following proper protocols.
- Promote training and development of knowledge for the entire AOA GDS teams through identifying training needs along with AM’s, TL’s with the help of knowledge champions .
- Develop succession planning, employee development and manage attrition in AOA GDS team.
- Assist in the recruitment process of AOA resources (Associate, Sr. Associate, Team Lead & Assistant Manager).
- Ensure coverage of rewards and recognition for the high performing associates .
- Set directions, mentor and guide team leaders & assistant managers to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential talent .
- Contribute to the culture of the broader EY GDS team
- Liaise with support functions like HR, L&D, Finance etc to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
- Work with senior managers at GDS and Off shoring Program manager to look for more business growth opportunities & devise strategy to grow the scope of GDS AOA team.
Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills including bi/multi-lingual skills for OCAs.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously through effective prioritization, organization, flexibility and self-discipline.
- Must have demonstrated project management experience.
- Proactive, organized and self-sufficient with ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Analyze complex or unusual problems and can deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to quickly and easily create/ gather/ analyse data from a variety of sources.
- A robust and resilient disposition able to encourage discipline in team behaviours
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 9+ years’ experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) of operational and project management experience
- 6+ years’ experience of people management, coaching and leveraging work through others.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Interest in business and commerciality.
