What you'll do
- Join our central team based in Walldorf (hybrid team setting) and closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the Cloud ERP organization
- Drive the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives and strategic projects for one of the core units at SAP with more than 10.000 employees
- Support the team in meeting preparation, workshop facilitation, moderation, and follow-ups
- Create transparency through data analysis & change monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
- Being able to integrate technical knowledge with business transformation and change management strategies

As a student your working hours will be flexible with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business informatics / Psychology / Computer Science / Management or a related field (your motivation is far more important than your field of study!)
- Computer skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, programing languages are a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Soft skills: Creative and curious, can-do attitude, reliable, team-oriented, ability to drive topics independently and open-mindedly, analytical
- Others: First work experience gained (internship or working student position). Experience with transformation/change management topics is a plus. Skills in empirical research, data analysis or statistics are a plus.
