Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field with at least 3 years of program management experience that involves tactical coordination (scope, schedule & resource management) of multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology industry, electronic manufacturing, or new product program management
- Experience in leading capital equipment deployment, repair and scrap processes
- Experience working with contract manufacturers
- Ability to deal with rapid development cycles & remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
- Detailed knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency using Excel and Keynote
