We’re seeking a year-round (Fall 2024 - Summer 2025) Civil and Environmental Intern with an interest in Water Resources and Water/Wastewater Engineering to support the delivery of cutting-edge projects for both local and global clientsin El Paso TX.
As a Water/Wastewater intern your work could include a variety of water treatment projects including providing field investigations and water quality testing on full-scale water and wastewater treatment facilities; conducting water treatment facility pilots, desktop treatment analysis including using membrane performance projections and mass/flow balances; evaluations, design, and commissioning.
Each day, you will be an important team member as you assist with projects for our clients.Under the guidance of professional engineers and other senior technical staff
- Enrollment in a degree seeking program in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or another closely related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm
- Junior or above
- Relevant coursework or projects
- EIT or on track to obtain
