Global Managed Service – Identity and access Management – Senior
The IAM Administrator role will be primarily responsible for the support and enhancements that are required for the engagement. Also adhering to stated SLA’s and ensuring high standards of quality deliverables.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in support, customization, configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
- Experience in working on any two IAM engagements providing application support.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Saviynt support for the system within agreed service levels.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Troubleshoot and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning.
- Implement and manage the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem management processes for the service area.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest solutions to avoid errors.
- Responsible for Enhancements, Testing, and Implementing identity management solutions using Saviynt.
- Must have a clear understanding of the concepts of Identity Management and end to end information on workflow. Experience on developing custom workflow.
- Worked on development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Saviynt IGA product.
- Worked on different types of connectors, Workflows Attestation ARS and Analytics.
- Worked on different types of Attestation Certification.
- Configured enterprise application roles based on the business need Password Policies.
- Configured password policies both for user and Application levels using Regex and Standard policies.
- Good knowledge on Rules Technical User update, UI Global Configurations and Backend configuration, GSP files.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end deployment and management of Saviynt Security Manager solution.
- Hands on coding experience in Java Experience with IAM planning implementation and operations.
- Excellent written, oral communication and reporting skills.
- Understands of below IGA concepts:
- User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation
- Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring, Access Certification
- SOD
- Java/J2EE and knowledge on SQL
- Support onboarding of application and platform users.
- Experience with IGA integrations, connectors, custom integrations, application patterns, strong technical acumen.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
