Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
Experience in a combination of the following areas: organizational change, talent development, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, data analysis and employee relations.
Experience in managing transformations from a people perspective across multiple regions.
Experience of building relationships, coaching and influencing senior leaders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working as a management consultant.
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and being part of complex strategy discussions.
