Thewill oversee the production of 2 presses on the Screen Print floor. The primary purpose is to ensure efficient production of those presses through communication, problem identification, troubleshooting, aiding in machine set-up, and ink maintenance while ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
•Set-ups/Tear downs– Participate in as many setups as possible throughout the day. The goal should be to communicate with and assist the Print Specialist with the goal of minimizing set up time.
•Pre-emptive Problem Identification/Resolution
•On-Press Troubleshooting– through constant communication and observation during the run assist presses in getting to maximum productivity by making any press adjustments necessary. (press speed, squeegees, flash temp, dryer speed/temp, sequence, registration, etc)
•Ink Maintenance/Controls– Ensure ink controls and SOPs are being followed at all times. Work throughout the production runs to ensure ink is maintained properly in the screens to minimize any downtime.
•Quality Management
•Production Detail Updates– Ensure all set-ups which are completed but required a sequence/mesh change are documented and turned in so the proper adjustments get made in the system.
• Must demonstrate a good attitude and lead by example when communicating while working with high sense of urgency and pace.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- 5 years Screen Print experience preferred
- Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
