• Assisting solutions/business team from IT security perspective to review solutions for global customers
• Meeting prospective/new customers to present IBM’s security framework and controls
• Responding to RFPs/RFIs
• Reviewing IT security aspects in new solutions for IBM’s global customers
• Ensuring that new client solutions are in compliance with IBM security standards and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work with solutions team to update cost case for any additional customer requirement that is not covered in IBM’s security standards
• Assess new vendors’ ability to meet IBM security standards and security requirements in Customer RFPs
• Reviewing new applications proposed in the solution for compliance to IBM security standards and customer/contract requirements
• Responding to security related questions in RFI/RFPs
• Present to Customer on IBM security controls and practices to protect Customer data processed at IBM locations
• Helping solution teams to respond to client queries on IBM security standards, IBM’s compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conducting risk assessment of new technology proposed in the solution
• Hold regular status meetings and publish dashboards to senior management
• Required to regularly communicate with the IBM IT security compliance and solutioning teams

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good knowledge on IBM security standards
• Experience in Service Industry dealing with multiple customer engagements.
• Understanding of Security Architecture and Infrastructure
• Good knowledge of security controls of servers, networks and endpoints
• Good knowledge on industry standards (e.g. ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance framework (NIST standards, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FFIEC/FBA etc)
• Good knowledge on IT part of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA etc
• Knowledge of cloud security architecture and controls
• Experience in performing risk assessment and information security audits both as an auditor and auditee
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Good communicate skills (Language proficiency in English is a must).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in Agile methodology like daily standups, sprint planning, retrospective using tools such as Mural and Bluesight.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative solutions
