Qualifications
  • 6+ years in product management, withexperience in native mobile apps.
  • Experience infundamentals onweb or native apps.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience running evaluations and experiments.
  • Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience withAI-powered applicationswith focus on mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, LLMs, or other AI APIs.
  • Familiarity with mobile analyticsandexperimentation.
  • Demonstrated success launching v1 products and scaling adoption.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive chat fundamentals for the mobile app, focusing on First Time Resolution (FTR), satisfaction rate, and time to load.
  • Establish andmonitorkey metrics: FTR, satisfaction rate, load time, and responsiveness.
  • Design and run evaluations (A/B tests, live experiments) to continuously improve chat quality and performance.
  • Partner with engineering and design to deliver a robust, scalable, and secure mobile chat experience.
  • Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.
