Role and Responsibilities
- [Channel development] Create a channel plan to best tap the open b2b market potential. Develop existing and recruit new channel partners based on the plan.
- [Sales Operations] Work with Product Managers and Strategic Planning & Investment team to study run rate, PSI(Product-Sales-Inventory)and WOS (Week of Supply) forecast accurately.
- [Line-up management] Perform the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.
- [Launch management] Perform the product/service launch timeline setting by analyzing the new model's target quantity and its profit and loss, and by working with the marketing department.
- [Pricing operation] Participate in devising the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.
- [Discontinuation management] Devise the plans to minimize the leftover materials when a product is to be discontinued by setting appropriate discontinuation timeline and plans to utilize the leftover materials.
- [End-user Client Relationship Management] Act as the primary point of contact of key clients. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients. Understand client needs, goals, and challenges. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
- [Sales and Business Development] Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- [Internal Collaboration] Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure client needs are met. Advocate for client interests and provide feedback to improve products and services. Prepare and present reports on account performance and progress.
- Other Duties: Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry best practices. Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively. Manage account budgets and ensure timely payments.
