As a, you will become a key member of Philips’ Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support sales and manage orders for Health System products for the French market.In our Philips HS

Your role:

• Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked.
• Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers).
• Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team.
• Ensure that all parts of a customer orders (from factories and 3rd party suppliers) are correctly listed on the order.
• Collect missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
• Provide support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team.

You're the right fit if:

• You have minimum of 2 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations.
• You are fluent in bothFrenchand English languages (at least B2 or higher).
• Knowledge of SAP ortherERP and Salesforce (would be an advantage).
• You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results.
• Youhave the ability toprioritize your work and attention to detail.
