Key Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in system engineering/system performance analysis role
- Deep knowledge of 5G and LTE PHY/MAC/Protocol stack, TCP/IP
- Strong knowledge of multi-antenna techniques and procedures such as Massive MIMO, mmWave Beamforming and Beam Acquisition/Management
- Good understanding of FR2/mmWave challenges and 5G Standalone protocol
- Solid understanding of 3GPP standards
- Strong scripting experience (Python preferred, Perl) and excellent debugging skills
- SW development and system design experience - great plus
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while confidently driving multiple projects across many teams
- Obsessively passionate and inquisitive, and seek to solve everyday problems in innovative ways
- Laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
