• Comprehensive hands-on experience across all key components of SAP Commissions, including crediting, incentives, plans, participants
• A strong understanding of the end-to-end commissions process (SPM concepts such as crediting, rollups, deposits, and payout).
• Proven experience in both implementation and enhancement projects, not limited to support activities.
• The ability to perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions for commission-related issues.
• Exposure to workflow configuration and Reporting.
• Understanding of pipeline execution, error handling, and performance tuning in commission processing.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to interact with business and QA teams effectively.
• A proactive approach toward learning new modules, tools, and project-related technologies to support scalability and innovation.
